The soup was barely warm, a congealed glob of slop and the grill cheese was not fully melted. Service was average, tables were dirty from prior customers, the bathroom and the drink dispenser were stocked and properly functioning. Based upon my experience I would avoid this location and go to another Panera.

Called ahead to ask for lite ice in green tea drink and no ice in passion fruit drink because the website doesn't give you an option. Got a "DRAGON " fruit drink full of ice. Choose the free bread and got no bread. But checked receipt first, because website do tweek,somehow buy checkout no bread with soup.order the same thing every time this time issues. Tried new drink... and wham... stay in your lane right. Would have called to address it but time is precious I live on the otherside of the river and my son who wanted it was in the hospital going back for bread and coming back with cold soup wasn't an option. Guess better luck next time.

I was running late and the app was not cooperating but I called in and spoke to Darius he took my full order over the phone, was overly helpful, and had everything prepared for me in a very short time frame. Employees like Darius are a rare find!! Great service!
