  Lady in the first lane taking my order kept making me feel rushed by having her headset on and telling someone else she’s waiting on me and there’s so many cars behind me when I was finding a code for one thing I was ordering trying to tell me we can add it at the end when I needed it for the order since it was the only thing. I get that the drive thru has times I also work at a McDonald’s close to here and have never wrote a review like this before but she needs some customer service skills or learn to turn her headset off before talking.

  It’s a shame. I went to the drive-through this morning 4:58AM. They open at 5 AM, I was going to patiently wait. A woman, came on the speaker, she proceeded to tell me that they were not open for another 5 minutes.” she then proceeded to call me an “IDIOT” I then told her, “First of all, I was NOT an idiot and in actuality it is 4:58AM, 2 minutes not not 5.” Then she said well until my system boots up.” I of course left and shall not return.

  This place is a joke you got employees who just walk away when asking a question, place a order curbside to wait 15 mins and my order still not right😂

  I had a mishap today with my online order but ashlin made it right . She made sure to diffuse the situation while also keeping the restaurant moving during a lunch rush . She made sure my boys had freshly made food and I sincerely appreciate it. There needs to be more ppl like ashlin in this world. I plan to pay it forward on her behalf.

  Waited over 15 minutes and can’t even get everything I ordered. Get your crap together I waisted my whole lunch break on fricken McDonald’s! Ridiculous!
