  Destiny and Carolyn were amazing. I messed up my order and they very quickly fixed it and even allowed me to have a drink for free. Excellent service all the way around.

  I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.
