- MGMissy G2 days ago1.0Had a pretty annoying experience and wrote a very kind email to the location about our issues. (Missing food, hour long wait times, and people eating and leaving before we even got our to go order.) I wasn't going to make a public review but if this is the only way to get a response after 2 weeks I guess it is what it is. Thanks for the experience, but unfortunately this isn't looking like we'll be back. Food slaps tho when you get it.

My biggest issue is the employees can be a bit rude and I sent my girlfriend in to pick up a To go order and the cashier kept hitting on her and her friend and aggressively asking for their numbers. Like if he were a fellow patron I would excuse it but since he was working and hitting on women during his shift and not reading the room tha he was making people uncomfortable is disturbing.

People were walking out the store left and right sick of waiting. Meanwhile the door dash drivers keep coming. Seems like this place doesn't know when to turn off the door dash orders so they can prioritize people in the store. They r loosing a lot of business just judging by how many ppl i saw walk out.

As you can see, one waffle was absolutely burnt (and they tried to hide it with powdered sugar!) and one was barely cooked if cooked. Then one of the pieces of chicken was so damn thin it was like chewing shoe leather. This order took a ridiculous amount of time given how few customers they had, and the seating area was hot and ridiculously loud. They had one type of music playing in the seating area and then the kitchen staff's music blaring so loud that you couldn't help but hear both, way too loud, at the same time. That might have been ok if the food were decent. You are better off at Popeye's or Disco Chicken. I'm never giving them my money (and a damn tip I gave for this) again.
