Another great day here in the Rockford area specifically here at 5965 E Riverside Wendy's location. Only my 2nd time here at this location and because I had such great service with a smile. JOJO who took my order of my baconator breakfast meal was very nice with a smile and very professional. After I received my order I asked her how good were the Biscuits and gravy and how id been wanting to try them but wasn't sure as im kinda picky when It come to them. She said they were good and recommend them. As im sitting down about to dig into my hot meal , JOJO comes over with a sample of some of their biscuits and gravy. I was shocked, pleased and happy that she went above and beyond for her place of employment. I will definitely be bringing my buisness to this location even though theres one 5 minutes from my house but doesn't compare. Jojo definitely deserves an A+ possibly a promotion in the future. Its people like her that make you want to become a repeat customer.

If I could give this place lower than 1 I would!! A friend of mine came through, like she does a few times a month, and asked for the $5 meal, again like she always does. Well, as she pulled away she looked in the bag and there was only a sandwich in the bag so of course like any of us would, she went back around. She was treated with such disrespect stating "we don't have that deal" the kid was very rude about it... THEN the MANAGER came on the speaker and was just as rude if not ruder stating "we don't have that meal, that's McDonald's" you could hear everyone laughing at her in the background. Completely inappropriate!!

I normally don’t leave a review , but I went there to try Wendy’s. I have not been here for a while. This place went downhill the young gentleman that was working today about 1230 was rude. The french fries was disgusting. I used to come here all the time A couple years ago I lived closer and now I live a little ways from this place, but I thought I would try it. I would never go back. There was a lady that used to work the front desk. Her name was Cindy and she was very pleasant. Like I said I don’t know what happened to this place. It really went downhill. The food was disgusting. I would never come back to this one.
