Truthfully tho this is why people don't mind paying a little more for culver's because it will always be quality food. I'm not sure who goes to work & says i want to spend my hard earned money on food that lacks quality. I shouldn't have to say fresh for you to know i want my food to be hot. The guy was waiting to give me a bag of crap & happy a bout it. This is truly something that needs to be looked into because they didn't even care if we enjoyed our food. they just wanted us out their face so they could go back to doing nothing
