From the beginning of the interaction, both female employees on duty were rude and dismissive. According to Subway’s official website, the Subway Club salad includes oven-roasted turkey, ham, roast beef, American cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, olives, onions, mayo, lettuce, and spinach. However, my order was missing olives, spinach, peppers, and cucumbers. When I politely returned to address the issue, one of the employees became defensive, denied that anything was wrong, and refused to correct the order. She claimed the website was incorrect and repeatedly denied my request to add the missing ingredients or remake the salad. At no point did she offer a solution or an apology for the poor service. When I asked for her name to report the incident, she rudely stated that Subway does not have a corporate office and refused to identify herself. This level of unprofessional behavior and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I hope Subway takes this matter seriously and ensures employees are properly trained in customer service and professionalism. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.
