Cars would have to order, pay and get their food before 3 cars back could even order their food. The entire time we were in line there were car alarms going off and people fighting in the parking lots adjacent to Portillos. Which is not their fault, but it certainly didn't make you want to be there. There were at least 8 employees around the grill/food prep area, but 3 were just standing there talking and 1 was sweeping while lines of people were waiting just to order. The food was good (it usually is), but it just wasn't worth the excessive wait time, cost and safety concerns on the outside.
