I placed a delivery order online and specifically requested contactless delivery. It is an option they offer online. After placing the order the store called me and questioned/ double checked I wanted contactless delivery, which is fine.. Well fast forward.. the delivery guy shows up, rings my doorbell bell over 5 times!! I have a newborn baby and her bed time was close to when the pizza would be delivered, that’s the whole reason I picked contactless (so I could just grab the pizza on my own time) Well he wouldn’t leave the pizza, kept ringing the doorbell and I had no choice but to put my crying baby down and answer the door. I specifically chose contactless online and also talked to someone on the phone!.. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here for along time. I’m a very disappointed mom of a newborn. I don’t feel like I needed to go into detail about why I wanted contactless delivery??? Why offer contactless delivery if it isn’t an option???

Ordered ground beef I go to pick it up it’s sausage ground beef and cheese and I don’t eat pork im so blew now I have to wait while it’s being cooked . Haven’t ordered from

My food was set to arrive at 10:07 , I didn’t receive the pizza just to call the store not once but twice to hear that they dropped it off at the wrong house . I called the store and asked for a manager and she was so rude , wouldn’t give me her name . Went and complained through since that’s what the manager told us to do . The worker working for slice asked for her name as well and she denied !!! Nov 11 2025! Me and my family will no longer come here, not a good look .

Rude manager. Delivery driver dropped off at wrong house . I called the store and a very rude female manager .
