Came through the drive thru waited about 15 min , then when I got my food had to wait an additional 10 mins that’s not the part that PISSED me off, upon receiving my order my burger was flipped backwards, fries were cold and I asked for an iced mocha I got back a cup full of milk with chocolate syrup all at the bottom ..

25 mins wait with cash only payments allowed and food was still wrong. Sounds about right. The lady taking the money was very nice and that’s why I’m giving service 3 stars.

McDonald’s – 11th Street, Rockford, IL
Hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had some bad ones.
First, I sat at the speaker for three full minutes. Nothing. Thought maybe it was broken, so I backed up and tried the other one. Another three minutes . still nothing. Finally, I said “hello,” and it literally sounded like I woke the worker up from a nap. She answered like I’d just ruined her day before it even started, with an attitude that could curdle milk.
The car in front of us grabbed their food and snatched the bag like they’d just survived something traumatic. That should’ve been our sign to leave. Instead, we waited another 10 minutes for our order while the screen behind them blinked red the whole time, basically screaming “we’re behind and we know it.”
Then a guy finally handed us our drink — rough, like we’d personally offended him. We took a sip… it was straight syrup. We said, “Hey, this doesn’t taste right, can we get another?” He said “no,” walked away, came back and said “I mean, I can check the machines, but that’s it,” then walked off again and never returned. We sat there for another five minutes waiting, just staring at that red blinking screen like it was mocking us.
When the food finally came, it wasn’t even what we ordered. The fries were cold, the drink was undrinkable, and the whole experience felt like a bad joke. The staff looked tired, annoyed, and completely over it.
This place needs a full reset . new management, new crew, maybe even new speakers that actually work. If you enjoy waiting forever for cold food and zero effort, you’ll love it here. If not, do yourself a favor and drive literally anywhere else.

OOUUU WEEEE !!!! the experience I had tonight, it was absolutely horrible from the time I pulled up until I left. I went there on my break for work and when I get to the 2nd speaker no one answers so I reverse and I pull up to the other speaker,order with a very unhappy sounding employee . I pay go to the next window , I watch the employee fill the rest of the soda I ordered from another cup . he didn't see me watching him or he just didn't care . so to avoid confrontation I just simply asked is there any way I can get another soda I think the coke is flat. He immediately says bluntly NO. I said in response even if the Coca Cola is flat. He said (NO ) and he just walked away so rudely.I waited there thinking maybe he was grabbing a cup but No I sat there for a minute as all the employees walk past the window and look, and then I left. When I get back to work and look at the order, fries were cold burgers were cold I just wanted to call or go back up there but I know that wouldn't get me anywhere. So , instead I am writing this.I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I can tell you I have never and would never treat someone who is not being disrespectful or complicated like this . We all know how overwhelming customer service and working with the public can be . But when someone comes to your establishment bubbly and happy why is every one of your employees there acting as if they are so miserable to have a JOB in this economy . Also id like to add this is specifically going out to the shift that is working 10pm. period !

Not one to usually write a review. First off didn’t like the fact that Chicken McGriddles are not offered in all of Rockford. Per the drive thru employee. You can tell people inside have zero urgency to get the job done. Seen people inside dragging their feet. Not coming back to this location for sure. Get to the first window to pick up food and see no one for at least 3 minutes so drive up to second window just to be told like a child that “did you move to the second window?”
People take your business to dunkin next door and give them a chance.
