I have to now reverse a charge, when you said I wasn't charged. You argued it, and all I was doing wa grabbing a quick unhealthy breakfast for the kiddos. Thank you for your service with 0 smile. So best prices in town, worst management. Eventually there will be a middle ground.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and wanted Canadian bacon instead of the regular bacon strips and no sauce. It was like I asked them to solve y=mx+b, and it did not compute. When I tried to kindly verify before paying the woman at the window was super rude, mumbled and was not clear, and could tell she was very much annoyed. Like sorry for inconveniencing you for making sure I get what I’m about to pay for??? Still got my order wrong. So fun!! 🙃
