- BLBrian LDec 5, 20251.0I got off work after a 10.5 hour shift in my 7th consecutive day working out of town and wanted to grab something quick in my way back to the hotel. Took 15 minutes for me to get to the speaker (both drive thru lanes were open) and when I got there I ordered a #3 with modifications and a drink. They rang me up for the sandwich and the drink. And when I said I ordered the meal they just added the fry. So for a meal that is $9.70 plus upsize and tax should be like $11 and change. I paid $13.37 because they didn’t want to ring me up for the meal. Idk how McDonalds works but I have to assume a manager has a headset on and nobody fixed it. At that point I’d been in the drive through 25 minutes when I got to the window and was just trying to leave. My hotel is 5 minutes from this location and my work is just as close. So what should have been a 10 minute commute was 30 minutes of total time in the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh, but they clearly don’t know how to handle a rush and they didn’t care that they ripped me off. But whatever. I know not to visit this location anymore.
