  I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.

  It's Jimmie John's. It's a decent sandwich for the money. Nothing special but not bad by any means. Server was friendly enough. Can't complain. Would go back.

  Big shout out to Megan for her good customer service I was unsure told her what I wanted and suggested the chicken bacon ranch with kickin ranch it was perfect cause I like spicy food

  Tried the new toasted Italian sub, its ok. Much of the cheese was stuck to the paper, was a mess. The sandwich itself felt very thin, like it was lacking. This location is very narrow and echoes.
