- KSKay SmithNov 16, 20251.0Waited 35 min for are food only one person working there witch I can understand not her fault now the food was really good flavor but I been to Nashville chicken places and this chicken it not marinated in the chicken, they put the seasoning on after frying it so it does give it a little salty flavor now the size of the chicken strips was so unbelievable Small and I think for the price of the meal I could have gone and ate a steak at outback for same price and comes with bread cheep bread grocery store bread barley toasted and I paid 14.99 for 3 tiny chicken strips and then they add toast that is the cheapest bread they only thing I found that was a descent size portion Was the Coleslaw the pop was so Flat the place was well cleaned I thought but also I could have went right over to outback across street and got steak for same price

I made order on kiosk instead which was filthy. (Maybe have someone wipe down every couple hours or something.) Waited for my order, nobody speaks to you or says anything. I had to walk up to counter and provide my name to get food. Fries cold, chicken was pretty good, wish it was warmer. The mac and cheese, looks like its been sitting in the container gor hours and microwaved. Ugh! Had someone actually spoke or had a lick of customer service I might come back. Also got mango shake. I dont recommend, and i love mango. Tasted weird, tossed the whole thing. Wasted $26!

We walked in and were ignored for about 30 minutes. the person at the counter looked at us and ignored us and continued to just do random things. she greeted other customers but did not say anything to us. finally she took our order after we stood at the counter for 20 minutes. she did not know how to accept cash and card. she also did not seem to know the menu well. food took about another 30 minutes to come out. the cashier seemed like us coming in was a inconvenience. pretty expensive takeout food for a hour of your time. hopefully another location opens up near by.
