We waited and waited for our food that we placed through the app. We waited for everyone to get through the traditional drive thru line and still didn't get a person to answer us. We tried to get a refund through the app and the app doesn't recognize this location as a Dunkin Donuts location. So we were not able to get our food or our $23 back. We ended up leaving and we refuse to come back
