They looked right back at me and kept walking. Why treat people like that - i get bad days, fast food sucks to work in but like when people are being decent to you why respond that way.

Half the donuts don’t even show up on the screen, and the staff just walks by instead of helping. Drop the all–self-checkout model and it’d be a better experience. I can’t rate higher than a 3 when everything is self-checkout
