  Food was good but the service was pretty slow I’m not blaming the staff they did say there was a 25 min due to short staffing. The staff was great but we got a table and waited almost an hour for the food .

  Service was no good at all, food was also pretty low quality. Bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels, and had a broken sink. Honestly the restaurant was a mess. Not busy either, won’t be coming back to the Rockford location.

  I hate to write this review, because I know there are people there doing the best they can, and I think that the problems that exist come from the corporate level. At the same time, if I get ripped off, I'm compelled to write a review. Sunday, I ordered a carry-out order of wings, fries, and mac and cheese for me and my sons. After placing the order on the app, my email confirmation stated the order would be ready at 1:30. We arrived at that time to pick it up. When we got there, there were about 6 people standing at the host station waiting for their orders, and there was no host there to help them. One woman said she'd been there since 1:00. It took about fifteen minutes for an employee to finally check on our order. After another ten minutes, we were told that our wings hadn't even been started. In the end, our food wouldn't be ready until 2:30, an hour after we were told it would be ready. We only live about ten minutes away, so we went straight home and opened the order. The fries were cold and tasted stale. The mac and cheese was so cold it had hardened, and the wings were only a little warm, but were the only thing edible. Oh, and they shorted as an order of mac and cheese. Generally, I understand if a restaurant is behind, and usually, when there is an issue with my order, the servers are very apologetic and comp the unsatisfactory items. There was no such thing here. The host was hardly apologetic, and when she saw we were upset, she said "I can get the manager if you want." But given that the manager had been so scarce and hard to find before, we weren't about to waste any more of our time. I would never order carry out from them again.

  This place is disrespectful at your finest, I called in for take out and the lady who answered was very rude and hung up the phone in my face. And there excuse was they are busy. Everyone is busy it does not mean you can be rude and hang up on people before they finish there order, for no reason! I will make sure this is the last time me and my family ever order from here again 10-25-25 7:10 pm..rockford location! Pure trash service, I am a business owner and even if we are wrong or busy we never treat people like this! Commen courtesy goes a long way!

  Got there with my 13 and 9 year old sons and there was a wait even though there was a lot of empty tables. No doubt staffing is tough. A group of 6 younger adults came in way after us and decided to sit at the bar because they could sit “at the rail” immediately… but was clear we’d all have to wait for a table. They walked towards the bar and couldn’t find six seats together so a waiter went and put a table together for them. Completely skipped all of us that were waiting. Terrible service.
