So as a single dad it’s not always easy finding places where a staff member will help watch your kids for a quick break to the bathroom, I just want to say super impressed by our server Kylie. She not only helped keep an eye out but played a quick game of trivia with them! Hope this reaches your manager Kylie because you are doing well and great to see a family restaurant help look out for families! A+ (my young daughter left her a note on our receipt telling her thank you!)

The reviews don’t lie. The service is so slow!!! We got seated right away. That was only fast part. It took almost an hour to get some boneless wings and a wrap. There were only a few other people there too. The wrap tasted like a dry taco. There wasn’t any sauce or flavor. The fries had so much salt you couldn’t eat them.

Waitress walked by twice and didn’t grab me a refill. Waited 1 hour for our food and watched multiple people get their food before us. Our waitress only came up to us 4 times total. Never once asked how things were or if we needed anything.

Really disappointing experience. We arrived while the restaurant was nearly empty and were told they couldn't seat a group of about 20 people, despite there clearly being plenty of available tables (easily enough space for 80-100 more guests). Both servers were on their phones, service was extremely slow, and it took forever just to get drinks.
What was most confusing was seeing staff actively cleaning and turning tables even though the restaurant doesn't close until 2 a.m. - meanwhile customers were being turned away.
Tables that hadn't even been sat yet were being cleaned, which made no sense given the lack of business at the time.
Overall, the lack of urgency, poor service, and inability to accommodate guests when there was obvious capacity made for a frustrating experience. Would not recommend if you're coming with a group or expecting attentive service.
