  First time ordering from Domino’s & was really happy with the pizza, really good. But sadly the garlic bread bites I ordered were not ready at all, super raw ): keep in mind I had placed this order a few hours before I actually needed it.. so they could have been cooked better. Will order again just scared about the bites lol.

  Ordered pizza and sides, it never arrived. 1 1/2 hours later, they say they put a new order in the oven. Hour and half later, second order never arrived. Cancelled the order and got my money back. Gotta be the worst customer service in the Dominos chain.

  Nope, don’t waste your time. Ordering online and it charged my cc but the dominos website said it couldn’t accept my payment and to call the store. My credit card was charged instantly. I called the store to confirm if they did, or didn’t, get the order. The guy said they never received the order come through. He said he will talk to his manager about it because other people have called to say they weren’t able to place orders online. So i placed my order over the phone with him. He said it would take about 45 -50 min because they only had 2 drivers and were very busy. I told him I understood and will pay in cash when they arrive. I waited one and a half hours for them arrive. Nobody comes. I call the store. Talk to the same kid. He said he doesn’t see my order in the system. I remind him that he was the one who took my order. He then said he remembers making my order multiple times.. (what?). Then he says it was sent out with the delivery driver 30 minutes after I placed the order. He then blames the deliver driver saying sometimes the pizzas just don’t get delivered or they don’t get delivered to the right place. He said I haven’t really had a chance to find out where your order is. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager and then said he has too much on his plate right and doesn’t have time to remake it or to re-re-route orders.

  Delivery is typically quick (I waited a lil bit today but worth noting that my food was still hot as ever) the food is always fire and the staff is always SUPER FRIENDLY! Probably my favorite affordable pizza location anywhere and I've moved around a lot.
