  Cheesesteak with a side of awkward: So it was around 10pm on a Tuesday and I decided to go to BWW for a late supper because there was nowhere better to go. I ordered the beer cheese cheesesteak. It was good. I’d been there maybe 20 minutes and was about halfway through my supper, when a random waitress walked behind me and remarked “danng, you’re still here?” I looked at her, confused because this was our first interaction and I’m clearly only halfway through my meal. I looked behind me to see if she was talking to someone else…nope, no one there. I look back at her and see that she’s now looking directly at me. I cocked me head to one side and she replied, “oh I’m just joking”. She walked away and I never saw her again. I was confused because jokes are usually funny. If she had been ugly it would have been downright uncomfortable, but it was just awkward. I’m there to eat, not banter. In hindsight it’s kind of funny to imagine how awkward it was for her. It was also a bit loud in the place—the TVs, not the people. 4/5 stars.

  The experience was very disappointing. The service was slow, the wait time was excessive, and the food arrived cold. Overall, it wasn’t worth the wait.

  Went out to lunch and there were more people waiting to be seated than people actually seated. I know servers have sections but when we walked in there were 15+ open tables. Wait time was 40 minutes to 1 hour ever for three people and looked like half the staff were behind the welcome booth/box but still not seating people.

  I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings with half mild buffalo sauce and the new sweet chili sauce. I waited inside the restaurant for a while to get my order. The staff failed to tell me that they ran out of the sweet chili sauce. Instead they gave me wings with no sauce on them. I called to express my concern and the manager said she would would only refund me for half the wings. For the mess up they could have at least been more attentive to my concern since it was their mess up. Terrible experience and will not be going here again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store.
