  I saw one of the employees sweeping up the parking lot when I arrived. Then she ran inside, took my order, went back outside to sweep the landscape gravel. Give that girl a raise. Regarding the food, I appreciate your $5 food boxes. Thank you.

  So, I'm giving two stars only because I probably wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for Taco Bell. Otherwise, it's terrible..in almost an offense way. The last year or so, the Rock Island location has been the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. And I've lived in 37 states. They get my order wrong every single time. I ask for my burritos grilled, they never are. The tacos are half-wrapped then thrown in the bag upside down, spilling the contents all over the inside of the bag. The shells always broken. Let's not forget to mention how they skimp out on Ingredients, then try hiding the fact that they gypped me by wrapping it in two tortillas instead of one. Yesterday was the most ridiculous so far. They obviously gave me a freeze that someone else ordered then changed their mind about. I ordered a large Blue Raz freesy thing. I didn't notice it when she handed it to me from the window, because I ordered other drinks and they were in a drink carrier. I ONLY LIVE A HALF MILE FROM THIS LOCATION! When I pulled into my driveway after driving straight home from their drive thru, I saw the freezt drink they gave me. It was half melted! Like it had been sitting out for a half hour before I even ordered it. It took me all of 3.5 minutes to drive back home. I didn't drink any of it. This is how they gave it to me. This place needs to admit defeat and close down already. It's an embarrassment.

  I come here frequently and they're always friendly, always fast, almost every time my order is correct and as expected. Last night they did mess up for the first time since I've came here, my burritos were wrong and the crunch wrap was lopsided, and they made it right for me today with no hassle. They were super nice about it and made it their first priority as soon as I came in. Everyone makes mistakes, not everyone owns them, these guys will own it and make it right for you. Great leadership in this restaurant.
