Their receipt printer is broken. When you request a receipt, the lady in the window just says no. When you say you need a receipt she then says the printer is broken and says I need to come inside. I asked if they could have someone run it out as I have really bad back issues and am in a significant amount of pain today so getting up and down is miserable. The female employee made me park and come inside. I told her I want to speak to the manager. She stated she was the manager. I was then greeted by the manager inside where he just apologized for her and said he will talk to her. Pushing off a customer, lying to a customer, claiming to be a manager, that’s grounds for termination at most places. I felt brushed off and ignored. I got my receipt and a bunch of different answers as to why I had to come in before the manager finally realized the employee was at fault. This is such poor customer service. You should be embarrassed by the team at this location.
The service was awful, the lady taking our order was very short with us and sounded very annoyed that we were there, and sounded increasingly annoyed with everything we ordered. When we got to the window, she very quickly took my card, ran the payment and handed it back to me before I could ask for a receipt, and then she went to making the drink slamming things around, and when the kitchen person brought us our order, I asked for a receipt. And he closed the window to ask her about that and she obviously didn't want anything to do with me anymore because the response I got was "we don't have a printer"... I won't be back, obviously these people did not wanna come to work today, or ever idk. The food was fine, it was warm but the quality was not impressive.

Idk his name but young guy working at 12:30 am on 1/11/26 should get a raise cause he’s hilarious and has great customer service, calls himself The Flash

We had a great experience here. The young man who took our order even took the time to check on us to see if we needed anything. (We didn’t) but it was such a welcoming surprise to see a young man who enjoys his job.
