Tender and juicy, with the breading almost perfectly crispy. The "buffalo" may have been just a toss in Frank's Red Hot. It's listed as Medium. I would call it mild, but that can be subjective. The Melt is best described as a "pizzadilla." The "crust" is close to a cracker crust, which is the best choice for the form factor. The herb crust adds a delightful flavor to the experience, but I may have ended up with as much of it on my fingers as went into my mouth. The meats are overpowered by the sausage, but that's common with the Meat Lover's pizza offerings. Would definitely order this again!
