  Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Domino’s locations in the area. The customer service and management are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. From the moment the order was placed, the experience went downhill. The biggest issue was the delivery driver’s behavior. After already paying a high total for the order, the driver demanded a tip and became visibly upset when the amount wasn’t what they expected. Tips are optional, not something customers should be pressured or made uncomfortable over—especially after paying full price plus fees. When I tried addressing the issue, management showed no accountability and did nothing to correct the situation. Instead of apologizing or handling the matter professionally, the concerns were brushed off completely. Between the poor customer service, lack of management oversight, and inappropriate delivery behavior, this location clearly does not care about customer experience. I would strongly recommend choosing a different Domino’s or another pizza place altogether.

  I’ve been going to this location for the past 2 years and it’s been getting worse ever since. First off, one of the worst delivery drivers to have deliver your food is Kendrick. He has no respect for your food or you. I’ve caught him multiple times throwing and dropping my food of when I love deliver and have complained multiple times yet nothings done to him about it. Another thing is the past couple times I have been getting hair in my pizza or parm bites. That is unsanitary shouldn’t have to really say anything else about that. Also, if you place an order and it says Stevie is preparing it, be ready for whatever you ordered to be underwhelming as they’re definitely the worst. I’d say after two years of consistently going to this place and seeing its downfall as they clearly could careless about service or good food, I will no longer be coming here and I advise you to save your money and do the same. If you’re craving some pizza that bad local spots are way better than this dump with people that couldn’t care bout your food.

  Pizza over cooked… and came all messed up in box.. never again will I order from this location… pasta barely has anything in it… looks like a big chunk is missing … I’ve taken pictures for proof

  Never been to this Dominoes and so the road getting to the actual store is kind of confusing especially since it’s dark out. Anyways, long story short, I had to turn around several times trying to find the entrance or correct road. I am exhausted and finally I just saw a space in the back of the building and wanted to run in and ask a question before placing my order, this guy came out the back door instead of greeting me kindly he said “you need to move that is where the drivers park” which I understand this however I needed to figure out what way to get to the front of the building as there are no signs, so I kindly said I understand this but could you help direct me to how to get to the front and he turned around kept talking to the other person there and then I asked again and he rudely said you need to move your car and had this nasty attitude. First of all it’s just pizza and there is no rush hour. Had it not been so late and I just got off work and am tired I would have driven the extra distance just to have someone kind to speak to. Good luck with your future endeavors sir!
