    4/29/26: I have never had a bad experience here...until today. It took them three minutes before they took my order at the drive through, asking me to wait for a 'few' minutes. (No other customers whatsoever inside or at the drivethrough). Then I had to wait over 5 minutes at the window. I finally left my car there & went inside to see what the holdup was - I needed to get back to work. There were three employess there: two female and one male, and no customers! I asked if they forgot I was out there and the guy gave me an attitude whining, "we're making your sandwich!" A girl finally came to the counter to check me out and give me the sandwich. I asked her who the mgr. was and she said she was. I told her the young man there has an attitude. That she handled it well but he was looking at the other employee and then back to me repeatedly & making faces like he wanted to start something. When I told the 'manager' that while she handled it well but the guy had an attitude, she said nothing. Three employees, no customers, and it took 10 minutes to make a sandwich?? They were very involved in their own conversation though but created a hostile atmosphere for their customer. That young man does not belong in customer service. I will think twice before patronizing this Jimmy John's again. I have never been treated like that there before. Every other time I've been there, I've been treated like I was indeed the customer. Today, I was treated like a major inconvenience. Disappointing.

    I ordered an unwich online with a pickle. The chicken bacon ranch on the unwich was fabulous! Thank you for offering a lower calorie option.

    I'm sick and tired of paying almost $1.50 for avocado just to not receive any, this is at LEAST a 3 time issue now, that's worth almost half the cost of a sandwich.
