- MKMary KendallJul 27, 20251.0I have frequented this Subway many times! But recently it has gone downhill. The most recent disappointing experience with the Rockfall subway was today! My husband arrived home with my grilled chicken salad and there was no grilled chicken on the salad. after calling the store and talking to the young person that works there They ultimately blamed my husband for not noticing that she did not put the grilled chicken on the salad! Of course there is no manager available on a Sunday so the situation can’t be rectified until tomorrow. With the price of everything going up, customers should get what they pay for! We will not be going to this subway ever again! $10 is entirely too much to pay for a bowl full of vegetables!

As someone who has worked in fast food I am astonished by their behavior. Also the sandwiches went from reasonable to bare bread... Lost the business of two families this day.
