Biggest issue was the manager on duty at 4:30pm 12/20/2025 took the wrong order back behind the counter. As a proctor I was appalled to see a manager take food that had been on the other side of the counter back. She said it was the new policy so by all means, take the wrong order. Clearly this stores policy is more important than the health code.
