  Usually terrible always seem to mess up orders especially the last time had to go there 3 times got home no fries got back nothing on my husband's double quarter pounder with cheese then got back and noticed my son didn't receive his burger called to complain and they hung up on my husband

  There's a guy who works here that was VERY rude. I went in there one time and I was with someone who I didn't feel safe with and to get away from the situation I went to talk to one of the workers but he yelled at me and said, "you can go sit down" Also it seems like every time I order a sweet tea, it doesn't taste sweet. And when I ask for light ice, they put wayyy too much so then I'm forced to get no ice. They need more respectful workers and people who actually listen to orders.

  Drove from Ashton to Rochelle to get McDonalds, my order had 3 triple cheese burgers with only ketchup, and cheese. My receipt showed that the order was put in correctly. I checked the bag to make sure I had right amount of things and left, I didnt think my burgers would be messed up since it was correctly entered into the computer. I got home to find all 3 burgers had pickles, onions, and mustard. There were two tickets on each burger, one that specifically said only cheese, only ketchup, and another that said only ketchup, only pickle. Which still doesnt account for the onion or mustard? They were however busy, and I understand it is easy to mess things up during a rush, just sad that not only were the tickets not paid attention too BUT they kind of just made up what goes on them? So upon returning to Ashton, and ready to eat, discovering that my food was not close to what I had ordered and paid for but was completely disgusting. Picked as much of the onions and extra stuff off as I could, but was not the same. I do feel bad, as some employees were trying extremely hard to fill the orders and demands of the customers, but this could of been a potentially dangerous mistake, if someone were allergic to an ingredient and asked for it to be removed from their food but had recieved it anyways. I give it 1 star because at the very least SOME of the employees really were trying.
