  Whenever I order I have to repeat my order at least three times at the drive thu Evidently they are not even listening to my order. This last time there was such yelling in the background no wonder why they can't hear my order. I pull up to the drive thru window and you could hear the yelling through closed windows. This restaurant lacks customer service big time. I can't even imagine the atmosphere in the restaurant. I will not be going back. There are many other choices for sandwiches.

  For the most part the staff were great but the owener was totally rude impatinet and immature i will not be returning and id reccomend you dont.

  Why is 'cut the sandwich in half' option even an option if you get it wrong more than half the time?

  I’ve given this Jimmy John’s way too many chances, and yet am still disappointed with their poor performance. I just got a chicken Caesar wrap…that was smaller than all other wraps I’ve gotten. Turns out they skipped adding the chicken. I will not be returning to this location.
