- PAPayton AkersNov 12, 20251.0Terrible service. We went out eat with our friend's kids as a surprise and they wanted Wendy's. We brought them to this store and it was an absolute joke! Kids like to eat inside, so we bring them inside and at the front register there is a sign that says due to short staffing they will not be taking orders at the register. We then go to the kiosk, which was so incredibly slow and try to order from there. One of the two kiosks was broken immediately, and the other that worked was so slow, and when you went to pay it froze and you had to start over. I looked at the kids and said I guess they don't want us here, we'll be going to McDonald's instead. Shout out to McDonald's for actually letting you order inside, even if they aren't the fastest.

We go inside and wait 20 minutes to get our order taken, and instead of helping the 4 people waiting, we take one order and leave the other 3 standing waiting. Staff are incredibly rude when you ask for assistance, and could care less if customers were in the store.

While we were eating, an angry old lady came in and was yelling at the employees and calling them names. They handled it beautifully! As a person who has worked customer service most of my life, I can fully appreciate management defending her employees to the horrible name calling in such a professional manner.
