Got there, went to place an order. Young man at the register had an attitude and kept rushing me. I ordered a turkey tom no lettuce, no tomato, asked for bacon and extra mayo. I get back to work, no bacon on it, and it has lettuce and tomato. I paid extra for bacon and didn’t even get it. Don’t recommend coming here.
The manager at this store is a full time jerk. I've only been here twice and I'm done. Both times I did order ahead. First time door was locked half hour after opening. I knocked politely and he came up to the door and without hesitation started yelling at me how he's not opening yet because he's short staffed. I told him I already placed the order and he said fine! and he said don't come in. He locked the door while I waited outside in the cold. Once he gave me the food he didn't say a word of apology or have a nice day, nothing. I figured maybe he's having a bad day and came again a month later. Ordered again in advance. I walk in and he says nothing, just stares at me. I told him I have a pickup order and he says well it's not ready, you have to wait. Rude for absolutely no reason. No hello, no smile, nothing. Then when it was ready, he literally screamed out loud twice "PICK UP!!!". If you hate your job quit. If you hate your life, that's your problem. The fact he's a manager makes it even worse. Same attitude a month apart, clearly a pattern and not a one off. Ridiculous. No wonder the store has horrible reviews. Just read what the people are saying. This is a major fail on corporate's part allowing this to go on.

Placed an order on 6/16 around 7:15pm. Someone from the store calls me about 10 minutes later asking if I can meet the driver outside because his phone wasn’t working. Fine, I agreed to. At least he called ahead and let me know. Before I hung up on him, I asked him if he could please make sure my sandwich is cut in half like I specified in the instructions and he said that it is cut in half.
When I open up the sandwich, I’m disappointed to see it’s not cut in half.
I call the store and the same person that called me earlier picks up and I ask for the person in charge, to which he says that he’s in charge. I voice my displeasure with him because he promised my sandwich would be cut in half. When I asked for his name, he tells me, no kidding, uhhh I don’t have a name. More than once. Although I appreciate the fact that he said I could make a complaint to Corporate, I feel a bit upset he didn’t acknowledge he messed up and pretended to play dumb and say he doesn’t have a name when I asked for his name. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this store in Riverwoods and all 3 times when I specified to have the sandwich cut in half, it never came cut in half.
Worst customer service, rude employee over phone, and I sincerely regret leaving a tip when it’s been a disappointing experience.
