  Takes forever to get food. And at night they hide so you dont order. I drive out of my way every time to go to another one. This is my first time back and I've been in a 3 car line for 20 minutes.

  Ordered my Big Mac meals and what I received was absolutely terrible. There was an issue with my drinks but the more upsetting thing was my fries…. I specifically went for the fries and what I got were soggy, wet, undercooked and unsalted fries that were half empty. I only realized this when I got home. Can’t believe someone allowed this to go out the order window. That was my first time at this new location and it will be my last.

  First of all I do not mind if you make mistakes. I worked at a restaurant before and I made mistakes all the time. But never did I refuse to give a customer a condiment they are missing. My only problem is with the rude cold hearted woman who refused to give me the salt I ordered. Not the other workers. I ordered through the drive thru and they did not put any salt on my fries. The fries are the only reason I come to MacDonalds, the fries are the best. But without salt I cannot even taste the fries personally. So I come back to the drive thru and there was 3 cars in front of me. I knew it was going to take a long time. So I ask the gray haired lady with glasses at the first window for salt. She points to the front. I show her my MacDonalds bag and ask for salt again she points to the front. I ask for salt again. She ignores me. So I get out the car and walk to the first window in front of all the cars and finally they give me salt for my fries. I'm wondering why she would not give me any salt. Without the customer, there is no MacDonalds. She would not hand me any salt. That was rude and crazy.

  I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Service was quick and pleasant. Highly recommended!
