  Jewel osco always have the best sales the freshest produce and meat and if you use your reward card you can save money I saved over $700 over the past years

  Lucile (florist). This employee requires coaching on how to listen to customers needs and on how to respond. My request was simple, I showed her a picture of a simple floral arrangement and instead of her responding with how she can help, she gave me every excuse on this and that. Even made the statement, "You will have to be charged for us to make that." Well, duh. And for whatever reason, she felt she needed to speak loudly to the point I noticed even employees looking in our direction, although, I spoke in a normal tone. I eventually had to redirect her from her rant and asked specific questions. 1st, I have money to spend, 2nd, this is the floral arrangement, can you or can you not arrange this? What is the process and time frame to put in the order? Can you provide an estimate for cost? Everything else she said prior to answering these questions was wasted time and unnecessary.

  I’m sad to say for the first time in 32 years of visiting this location, I feel I was racially profiled By the deli manager, Joe. I was accused of stealing a one dollar hot sausage muffin(he said I was grazing on a sandwich without paying for it) . I had the receipt but he wasn’t interested in seeing it he was on some much different mess. . He embarrass me in front of many managers there who I am friendly with. A neighbor was in the store at the time later came to tell me that she was really embarrassed for me and that was so wrong what he did to me. She says she want to let the community know what he did. Also said he called me an animal. Because humans eat not graze. He said I was grazing. I don’t feel safe there anymore . This is my neighbor grocery store now I’m forced to leave it to shop in other neighborhoods grocery store which is unfair and sad. He will continue to do this because it’s in him. I hold Jewels responsible……….. because I hear they know he does this .

  Had an amazing experience earlier today with Josefa in the self checkout area. I wasn’t sure if the register accepted my membership phone number, and she clarified matters immediately. Amazing customer service!!! 🙏

  Slow and Unreliable Pickup Service The order pickup service at this Jewel-Osco location is extremely disappointing. Every time I arrive for a scheduled pickup, I end up waiting 15–20 minutes in the parking lot. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. My last visit was especially frustrating, I waited 35 minutes in the parking lot before finally calling customer service just to get someone to bring my order out. A pickup service should have orders ready at the scheduled time, not leave customers sitting and wondering what’s going on. After multiple experiences like this, I’ll be taking my business to Mariano’s instead. It’s two miles farther for me to drive, but my pickup orders there are consistently ready within five minutes, and many of the same items are actually cheaper. I hope store management and corporate take a look at the Pickup Service at this location, because it clearly isn’t working the way it should.
