However, I want to highlight one employee in particular — Oscar. I see him often, and he truly stands out. Not only is he efficient and attentive, but he takes the time to greet customers like friends. He remembers people, makes conversation, and creates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. If he is not already in a management role, I believe he would make an excellent store manager. He represents the best of what customer service should be.
