    I want to be clear that this is about one specific associate, not the entire staff. On multiple occasions, a self-checkout associate named Kiani M. has initiated the customer survey and then entered the response herself on the pin pad. She did ask me beforehand and assumed I would say yes, because she looked at the pin pad and started to punch in her own rating before I was done with my sentence. Being asked verbally while standing there creates an unspoken pressure to say yes, which I’m not comfortable with. Customer surveys should be optional and completed by the customer only. I use self-checkout specifically to minimize interaction, and this behavior comes across as intrusive and entitled rather than helpful. I’m sharing this as feedback so the process can be handled appropriately going forward.

    I order for delivery of my groceries every week. I really like this store but have found that the people who work in home delivery to be rude when I call to report a missing item. I was hung up on today (12/26) when I called to ask about items I did not receive. I was told that they gave everything to the delivery driver and if I didn't get what I was missing I could request a refund and before I could say anything else I was hung up on. This is not what was expected. As a disabled senior who is unable to walk I have no choice but to order for delivery. I am grateful for the delivery service but the rudeness of the employee who answered the phone was really uncalled for. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

    The store recently rearranged and reorganized. The new organization of inventory doesn't make sense. They added end of aisle build out displays. Everything is over crowded and you can't move through aisles without bumping into other people or carts. The staff in the deli are very slow and under responsive. My husband witnessed a drive up and go staff member throw a cup at someone and yell at them and threaten them. This store is a mess. The pharmacy staff are great. The check out team in the check out lanes are good overall. But

    Prices are ridiculously high, completely out of control. I've stopped shopping here [Jewel / Osco] altogether. Between the short distance & MUCH LOWER prices, Pete's Fresh Market, Farmer Focus, Trader Joe's, & Walmart, I refuse to shop at Jewel any longer. Of the four alternative grocery stores I listed all of them have prices between 50% - 90% less expensive than Jewel any day.
