    Over the past few months, this location has become chaotic, unreliable, and disappointing. I started using Drive Up and Go because of recent changes to their layout inside — cramped aisles and cumbersome displays make navigation difficult, even in less busy times. This is difficult with my disability. It seems to put folks on edge, too. On one visit, an older gentleman yelled “Jesus Christ!” in my face when I politely tried to navigate past him (he had had enough, and I didn’t take it personally). On another occasion, an older lady commented to me in the self-checkout line that she had never in her life experienced such a chaotic market. Drive Up and Go seemed like the right move so I could avoid the stress and still shop at the store where I could afford our weekly groceries. However, my order has been lost on two occasions. The first time, it was delivered to the wrong car, and I was left without groceries for my family until I could get a refund from Albertsons HQ. The second time (just today), I waited for an hour for my delivery, and my husband ultimately had to go into the store to find someone who could help. Neither time did we receive an explanation or apology from management. I want to be loyal to Jewel, but this location is in turmoil. I am thankful for these frontline workers, and there are some great staff members, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

    Placed an order through the Jewel app for $150 of groceries. After I arrived for pickup, I received notification that my order had been delivered, even though it had not. When I asked an attendant about it, they said my order must have been sent to another vehicle. I waited 45 minutes for someone to follow up after the attendants said they could try ordering all of my items again. I ultimately had to get a refund. Similar situations have continued to occur. The inside of the store is now chaotic, and the service has plummeted over the last few months. My family and I have decided to take our business elsewhere.

    Tom, who identified himself as the manager, was very rude and unprofessional when assisting with a transaction approval at the self-checkout.

    The New employees at drive up and go are not able to successfully fulfill accurate orders. They continuously do not fulfill delivery orders accurately. They laugh and play as if the food that I work and pay for is a joke. I'm emotionally drained from these ongoing errors. I create a bond with this store, and when I order my groceries for my kids to eat and be well. And they shake their head and laugh. Well I take that offensive very offensive.
