    Prices are ridiculously high, completely out of control. I've stopped shopping here [Jewel / Osco] altogether. Between the short distance & MUCH LOWER prices, Pete's Fresh Market, Farmer Focus, Trader Joe's, & Walmart, I refuse to shop at Jewel any longer. Of the four alternative grocery stores I listed all of them have prices between 50% - 90% less expensive than Jewel any day.

    This particular jewel seems to be mismanaged. The fruits and veggies will often be on sale, but ONLY FOR THOSE WHO DOWNLOAD THE APP- so they can track your shopping patterns. Above the table of each fruit stand is a QRcode. (If you already have the app you'd think this code is for the discount. ITS NOT. It's the QR code to download the app itself. Making it even more difficult to get the discount because you have to 🔎 for the fruit discount instead of being able to scan the fruit. Otherwise from the app you can scan bar codes of items to find the discount. If you adjust the settings you can have the %10 back per transaction instead of redeeming after points accrue. 1. On average Jewel raises the price in order to have a sale- like crackers by +$2 so that you're compelled to buy 2 for $6 instead of buying a single item. 2. For fresh squeezed juice, the 🍊 oranges are NOT washed before being put through the juicer and you can taste the dirty rind in the juice 🤮 3. They went through renovations recently, rats were seen running around openly through the day and the employees were well aware of this when notified. 4. One time I went down the pop aisle, all the soda was on sale with mix and match stickers-however they didn't ring up on sale. The cashier and I walked to the section where she began to explain to me that I could only mix in match within the same umbrella. I explained that is not CLEARLY marked, and requires me to know which products are coke products and which are Pepsi. (They were all the same price) The manager agreed it wasnt clearly marked the limitations. Despite the manager telling the cashier to provide the discount, she still argued "that next time I should know" I interjected, next time the store should be clear about what the sale is for. I didn't understand why the cashier is arguing with me when the manager already said it's okay. 5. Häagen-Dazs is the ONLY ice cream without any gums in it, so when it's on sale, I try to grab a few, I noticed the containers had Frost all over it, (I just figured they'd been there for a while) but the ice cream melted then refrozen. Refreezing melted ice cream can lead to harmful bacteria growth and potential food poisoning.

    The only bad thing about this jewel is that it is always very cold in there - doesn't matter the weather outside - it is always cold in there

    Since y'all want to be rude that's why I does not shop at y'all store now and for one how you going to take it out on the driver because they made an mistake than call dooordash I bet I won't shop at y'all stupid dumb store no more.

    Terrible experience in drive up and go. They need to just close it down already, they don't know what they are doing and make a lot of mistakes. They ignored my substitution requests and never bothered to read the notes I had. When I got home I noticed 2 ice mountain waters missing. I called them and told them they didn't give me my water, and drove to back to the store. Then the drive up and go people had to search my car to make sure i wasn't lying. So they found out wasn't lying and gave me two packages of water ,, however one was not ice mountain...lol. I told them this was a huge inconvience and they couldn't care less. Just straight faced angry. No empathy for the customer wasting their time on their mistake. I see this store has no respect for their customers, will not return!
