  I ordered 3 spicy lamb bowls and 4 chicken bowls and one Greek salad for a corporate meeting. It was the worst experience. Lamb meat balls were charred dry and I even broke a plastic fork trying to cut the meat ball. Very bad quality of food. It was an embarrassing moment in front of my colleagues. I called the store to talk to the manager, they put me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected. Store manager didn’t even bother to talk or take the complaint.

  Always love coming here, food and service is great. Today was especially great I had Marco help me and he was amazing!! Great personality and great employee!!

  I love Cava! It was my 1st time there and Everything was wonderful!!!! I was greeted at the moment that I walked in, the young lady serving the food was very pleasant and knowledgable. I appreciate that she informed me that she was going to washed her hands right away. If she didnt know something she asked a coworker who gave me facts by seeing at the registar. The food was amazing. I am so glad there have opened. I am already planning the next time I will visit.

  Here’s a classy, heartfelt Google review you can post for Marco and his team at CAVA — even if you don’t remember the other team member’s name: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to the General Manager, Marco, and one of his team members whose name I wish I could remember — they both deserve major recognition! From the moment I walked in, the energy was warm, professional, and genuine. You can tell Marco truly leads by example — he was on the floor, engaged with his team, and ensuring every guest felt taken care of. The food was fresh, the atmosphere was spotless, and the service was beyond what you typically find in fast-casual dining. Even though I can’t recall the other associate’s name, their kindness stood out — they were patient, attentive, and had the kind of positive energy that makes you want to come back again. It’s clear this location takes pride in what they do and values great hospitality. Thank you, Marco and team, for setting the bar high for customer experience — I’ll definitely be back!

  At 10pm the serving containers were filled with vegetables, meats, sauces, toppings and a friendlier and enthusiastic Team of Chefs, servers, and sanitation crew, 30 minutes to close, than I have experienced at Fine dining establishinshments on the Michigan Avenue or the River Walk. I had questions about humus. I never liked humus!!! I was given a brief tutorial on the process of making humus!!! (Chick Peas) Healthy!!!. Cava is a Well known Gem with a Well known A+ Team of Employess. The Food is the Perfect compliment to a A+ Team of workers on this shift. The establishment was Clean. The Bathroom was clean and "sanitized." I am one to quickly spot a defect and problem. So, the only issue I would have is that some of the flavored waters and drinks should be pre-made so as to make them available for the to-goers. CA'VA GETS 5-STARS FROM A LOWLY PATRON NEEDING TO GET A GOOD HEALTHY MEAL,THATS FILLING AND FLAVORFUL LATE ON A Weds night.
