  Cava is my go-to lunch spot and honestly the highlight of my workday. The team always greets me with a smile and somehow manages to make a lunch line feel like a friendly hangout. The ingredients here also seem fresher than other Cava locations I’ve tried—my bowl never disappoints. Great food, great people, and the perfect place to escape my desk for a bit.

  First time i went it was an excellent experience. Second time they forgot my free pita, no big deal i should've looked in the bag, third time they were crowded which is ok until i realize how over cooked my rice was and how over cooked the sweet potatoes were. Maybe I'll take a break from them for a while cuz it's getting worse and worse. Maybe I'm just unlucky so i give the benefit of the doubt and hope i can have my first experience back the next time i choose to go here

  I’ve been to this location several times and each time the staff is nice, but today we met an amazing staff member named Tasha! She was kind generous and genuine even while working the hectic lunch rush. A great hire! Thank you, Tasha!

  This is one of my go to lunch spots, today I went and The GM Monique met my every need. This manager went above and beyond to make sure that I left satisfied and smiling, her customer service is impeccable! Also the team lead Kelsey is one of my favorite faces to see when I enter the restaurant, when I see her I know that I’ll Ave greeted with a smile and accommodated in any way! I love great customer service, and these two ladies are representing this company beautifully. As long as they remain there I’ll be a lifetime customer.

  My family and I normally have a great experience with the nice staff. This time there were all different workers when we got there at 9pm (they close at 10). “Abraham” (I put this in quotations because I’m not even sure if the lady gave me the right name) told us he couldn’t make any more food even though the all the meat had been clearly sitting for hours. I couldn’t use the juice machines because they were already packed away. And “Abraham” was very rude and short with my mother. We cancelled our order nd just left. I am genuinely disappointed in the service. We don’t live near RF but we always travel to this location because used to receive great service. Not ever again. I will never come back to this location. CAVA is wayyyy too expensive to experience bad customer service and stale food!
