However, I took my son in to bring him to get him some food after school and I was told that we could not place an order at the counter only online. I think that is preposterous and as I said, I am a former employee so I know that that is false Information. I Don’t believe that corporate would approve of such information horrible horrible service. I’ll never shop at this location ever again and personally I believe that there should be an employee review done as fast as possible because you will lose money.

I was repeatedly told someone would call me back instead of resolving the issue immediately. The situation dragged on for over 20 minutes with no accountability, no urgency, and no empathy. I had to push just to get a partial refund for the affected pizza. Customer service was poor, and the lack of concern over food safety was alarming. I will not be returning.
