My order contained plastic in the pizza, which is a serious safety concern. When I called to report it, the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and never once apologized. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back instead of resolving the issue immediately. The situation dragged on for over 20 minutes with no accountability, no urgency, and no empathy. I had to push just to get a partial refund for the affected pizza. Customer service was poor, and the lack of concern over food safety was alarming. I will not be returning.

The pizzas are made fresh from orders and they deliver on most eater apps. I don’t eat pork so they have options to accommodate my needs. Just more concerned about them cooking my food with the food that has pork on it. That’s not okay with me.
