They give you half full burrito, they do not know how to wrap or bag the items you ask for. Then on top of it you call to tell them what was wrong and they make you feel like you’re stupid because he says I don’t know what was exactly wrong with your order. $56 for food missing, half full burritos, and food half in its box.

We had taco bell here last week and it was great, vs we just went to the lake geneva one, got the exact same items and the taste was COMPLETELY different, richmonds is actually edible and tasted how it should. The food at lake geneva tastes fake and half the time they mess up your order. Highly suggest you drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Richmond if you live in between the two and want edible food. The employees here were really nice as well!
