- BBBeckyJan 1, 20262.0We come here maybe once a month or every other month and there’s always something wrong. Today, they forgot the two hash browns in our meal and my husband didn’t realize until he got home. You have to call the restaurant, there’s no where online to request a refund. So I call, and they “don’t do refunds”. We have to go back and get the stupid hash browns. I get McDonald’s out of convenience, if they make a mistake I shouldn’t have to go back and hash it out with an employee to get the food I already paid for.
