- JCjudy cornwell4 days ago1.0Bought my husband lunch at Rantoul location. He pulled up to speaker and had a code. The employee at window said it was in system. To try inside as a pickup. Then he goes inside and that doesn't work. He talks to a manGer saying they need the orginal phone order was taken on. I ordered food in various zipcode different times and this has never happened. Manger couldn't help at all and said my refund would come whenever since food wasn't picked up. This location needs to get it together. Not spew out lies to paying customers. Id give zero stars if I could.

It’s ridiculous to not be training your employees to acknowledge someone standing there and at the least say someone will be right with you. Instead the employees will look anywhere else they can to make it seem like they didn’t see you or look right at you and look you off. Y’all too focused on that drive thru. This is a common occurrence and I’ll go right across the street to Culver’s where you can hardly get thru the door without them saying welcome in. It’s an easy fix. Hope to see improvements.
