  The past few times I’ve gone there the short older manager has been very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unkind, often making smart remarks to his staff about my order behind the partition. The first time he made the wrong drink after I asked for a specific drink, when I asked why the color was different he argued with me about my order instead of making the correct smoothie. Then when he made it he slammed it on the counter! If this is how your manager acts then I suggest you find a new one because he doesn’t know how to interact with customers. I mean I get it I would be frustrated if I was that old working in a smoothie store, but don’t take it out on your customers. Other than that one older manager the rest of the staff is great and friendly. Maybe he should take some lessons from his staff!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Quincy, IL never disappoints! The smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how you want them. The food is just as good—everything I’ve tried has been delicious and made quickly, even when they’re busy. It’s one of my go-to spots when I want something that feels both comforting and satisfying.
