    Horrible place to eat. Treats customers and dashers like trash. Would not Recommend them even on a drunk night. Zero stars. God forbid you ask for a plain taco and the can’t get that right. It’s simple people, read your screen.

    I went in on my lunch break and had placed my order ahead of time on the app for pickup in store. I arrived at the store to a lobby full of customers and my order wasn't on the counter ready where it usually is. I got in line and waited and at that moment the person I'm assuming to be the manager angrily hollered from the make line to everyone in the lobby that if we needed to place an order we had to do it on the kiosk and that it was corporate policy. She then began screaming at the crew on multiple occasions that no one was placing an order on the kiosk and that it was corporate policy that we had to place an order on the kiosk. She then sent a drive thru employee to assist an older gentleman at the kiosk and then after he was done she began to get mad at the kid she sent to help because the drive thru times were getting bad. After about 5+ minutes of standing waiting for my food I noticed it sitting on a rack behind the counter. I then had to ask an employee to give me my food and they looked at me like I asked for their life savings. If you don't want to help dine in customers just close the lobby and run drive thru only since thats all you seem to care about.

    They always forgetting stuff. No one to take ur order gotta use kiosk. Forget if you have nails, you aren't using your knuckles on that kiosk. Always rude too if u bring your food in if it ain't the right one which is 98% of the time.

    A lady with pink hair i had around 1:30 am 03-15-26 was very rude and they never have anything grilled items. Also allergic to jalapenos and then jalapeno sauce anyway after I asked for nun.
