  You can expect your food to be made poorly, with missing or wrong ingredients, and that's if you manage to get everything you ordered. Both Taco Bells in Quincy suffer from the same problems.

  Got my order wrong, didn't get all that i paid for and the food I did get was cold and very lazily thrown together. When I pointed out that I was still waiting for my seasoned fries and guac-the lazy boy who prepared it actually came over to argue that the fries were in my bag which I had checked right before he/she/they walked up to argue. There was not one fry in the bag and I'm a truck driver who's clock was running on Easter evening so i didn't have anymore time for a cat fight over some....taco bell. Also the vulgar music they forced customers to listen to was embarrassing and atrocious, im just glad there were no children in that establishment at the time. Unbelievably poor service, cold food and sassy back talk about food i paid for but did not receive. Avoid this location, you'd have a better experience and meal from a random gas station.

  When food is made to spec it's good, but half the time when we go after 10pm there are no toppings on anything. The pic is of one of our soft taco supreme. They both looked like that. We've also gotten chalupas with just chicken on them. Nothing else. Considering we spend $30 every visit, it would be nice to get what we pay for.

  Not quite sure why people hold Taco Bell up this standard like it’s a 3 star michelin restaurant but, to each their own. The food & service is good enough for me (I mainly go through the drive thru) & the employees there are authentic & legit. Kind & laid back people @ the window too. To the Taco bell employees out there, you rock lol.

  Put an order in around 11:45pm. Arrived 10-15 minutes later and were told they hadn't received our order. They had us park and told us to drive back around in 10 minutes to check. We waited longer, closer to 20 minutes, to give them time to hopefully receive the order and make it. When we gave the name for pickup, they instructed us immediately to go to the second window. We received our food, but when we went to eat it, multiple items were cold, made incorrectly, and the new creamy Chipotle chicken crunchwrap slider had sweet CINNAMON sauce in it. It was disgusting. We tried calling, but despite there being 15 minutes left until closing time, there was no answer.
