Others I know say the exact same thing about it. Don't waste your time trying to get ahold of anyone there in person or the phone. People will walk away from the counter and stay gone when you walk-in. There phone just rings and rings tell you get a hang up sound. Call back after call back no answer. Drive thru or mobile app, your gonna get a messed up or sloppy served order.
