If you are a dasher and get “delivery requested by merchant” orders from here they will keep the tip for themselves. Had two orders on separate occasions going to customers I have documented as good tippers. Both times from here if it’s a “merchant requested delivery” I received 0. Meaning the order was placed on the subway app and the employees decided to take 100%. Quite unfair. Quite dishonest.

And in my opinion corporate trainers should use these workers as their examples. Almost every time I’ve ever ordered a sandwich at multiple locations, I order easy sauce, otherwise it’s just too much and I’m often disappointed. I took the risk today and was beyond satisfied with the reward! Also loved the seating at this location, it felt like the stores my wife and I remember as kids, and the privacy wall between the entrance and dining area was nice too
