It’s all well and good you offer catering but there’s no reason in house orders need to take a back seat to get them done. JJ needs to consider putting a designated prep station for large orders.

The store on 18th has the worst customer service. Don’t order online and expect to be treated well if there is an issue. They get smart with their tone and will literally hang up on you. Did the ex Freddie’s manager get hired here? Do not patronize this store!!!!!

Ordered at 211... said it was delivered at 230... they went to wrong house... called again said they would get my order immediately.... here i am at 4pm ... i see why they took freaky fast away from advertising... never again... mind you my order is 1 sandwhich...

In a hurry then this is the place to go, in and out very quickly and sandwich is very good
