  Does this look like a sandwich that should’ve left the shop? The other sandwich I ordered was supposed to have no onions on it and add hot peppers and it had like 2 tiny peppers on it**********edit******** This is the next morning the wife and I have been throwing up all night long after eating this garbage. I have never been so sure in my life that I just got food poisoning.

  Use to eat here quite a bit since it suppose to be quick and easy. Had an incident with an order. It was a regular order that was messed up 3 times took over and hour or more before it arrived. When I called about it the guy there Gus didn't take a complaint and wanted to argue repeatedly saying how I didn't explained what the problem was and laughing at me. Didn't want to say his name at first but I had a buddy working there who told me that sound like him. I worked two jobs long hours and the first delivery didn't even arrive to the location and the other two sandwiches wasnt correct even though I asked for everything on it. Won't be ordering here anymore. Very disappointing service.

  It’s all well and good you offer catering but there’s no reason in house orders need to take a back seat to get them done. JJ needs to consider putting a designated prep station for large orders.
