  Wish I could give a zero. Women’s bathroom was worse than an outhouse, everything was filthy, manager was totally out of control and tried to pick a fight with us about chicken nuggets 😂 Insane experience. We left without the nuggets but at least we had a good laugh.

  So, literally waited for 15 solid minutes no one told me the ice cream machine was down... I already paid. I ask them to refund the order they say they need physical card well I USED A VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD THERE IS NO PHYSICAL CARD 😭. I'm getting flustered the person did give me a large fry but like that's not even similar to a ice cream one bit which was annoying I understand that things happen BUT COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE instead of letting me wait for 15 minutes.. or refund my damn order because I'm saying there is NO physical card like what do you want me to do? Pull it outta thin air?

  Placed order online for 6 hash browns only. Takes a bit to get there because i have a baby. My partner arrived there 20 minutes later and they refused to make the hash browns. Sure the order was placed a few minutes before the cutoff but if you were going to refuse to make it when we arrive then why allow it to go through? This is terrible service and I will be taking this further. This is NOT the first time they have failed to provide good service. I had a previous order where they completely forgot everything in a McGriddle except the buns. If they could remake the entire order after 10:30 for this then why can’t they just make 6 hash browns. Spoke with Karen the manager that answered the call at 11:19am. I asked her why they couldn’t make it. She confirmed it was dropped on their screen and apparently it dropped after it says they are three blocks away. Not sure how that happened then if my partner wasn’t even the one whose location they were tracking. Meaning she lied and it was already there but since it was close to 10:30 they actively refused to make it. But looking at my app it shows that it was processed and I have not received the food or refund. Super disappointed with these recent interactions. Happy Friday the 13th 💀 FYI Wendy made the order I placed a few minutes before with no issue

  The store has not been open for over 30 minutes past the posted open time. Please keep that in mind if you are considering going around their posted hours.
