- AAA AlvitesSep 27, 20251.0I got to Thorntons after hours and had a shower. Then I walked to the drive through to try and order but the girl with the spade tattoo on her left arm just ignored me. Then I tried to ask again she said the lines back there . I said yes the line keeps growing . I’ve been standing here . Anyway she said she couldn’t take my order then shut the window. What’s the point of having food at a truck stop if your not going to accommodate truckers!!??

The manager was rude and disrespectful. Everytime I go to this place it's always a problem. The staff have kids running around the back. I guess somebody couldn't get a babysitter that day. Never going back. Not to mention the manager tried to hit on my wife while I was in the car. Such a horrible place. 15 minite break to get food and couldn't even get that. Stay away from this place
