My iced drinks always turn out super dark regardless of me having milk in them… not worth the up charge of a medium iced coffee being $4 now. Also showed up around 4 am the other day before work and yet no employees were there regardless of drive thru being open (the app also let me place an order). I got refunded thanks to corporate but still very annoying. I’d rather drive an extra mile to literally anywhere else
