  Asked for a chai. Paid $6 for a cup of ice. Usually I don't ask for light ice because I never had a problem with it but this is ridiculous. $6 coffee for 6 sips out of it.

  The tall black guy with the name tag dylan is rude as hell! When I came through the drive thru he had a nasty attitude towards me and each time I corrected him he audibly sighed as if I was bothering him, I’m never ever coming to Dunkin when that man is clocked in. Disappointed do better. Bring back the old barista that actually made drinks to the customers standards. Amazing customer service that guy had bring him back! He was always sporting a gold chain.

  If I could give a zero I would. Placed our order via app. Picked up the order. Only got 2 out of 3 sandwiches. Forgot our hashbrowns…. I walk inside. I’m friendly. It took 2 min for them to acknowledge acknowledge my presence then girl #1 comes. I tell her what I was shorted. Blank stare. Then she asks me what I want. I state my sandwich and hashbrowns. After another woman and I assume the manager, start discussing the situation. He starts yelling and slamming stuff saying he made the sandwiches. I finally lost my patience and basically said if you’re insinuating that I am trying to scam you out of a sandwich you’re sadly mistaken. Our order was $60!. After a lot more slamming of oven doors and complaining. I get my sandwich. No one says thank you, have a nice day. I knew better! Oh plus the store is dirty! I’ll never eat there again.

  Staff is awesome, order always on point. I go every day on my way to work. Love my Dunkin Donut shop.
