We were going around town looking for a place to eat due to not having any at home at the moment on Christmas Eve. This young lady had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. We saw there were cars in the drive thru so we thought they were open after checking many other places around. We got into the drive thru and the lady said, “we’re closed” with quite an attitude. I asked why there were cars in the drive thru and she repeated it again, but even meaner. I asked again why there were cars all in a nice manner without raising my voice yet she had her’s raised the whole time. She then proceeded to scream at us and yell that the cars are in line due to having online orders and as soon as they’re done with the online orders they’re, “finna” close. There was no reason to yell or be rude you could’ve said I’m sorry but we’re closed and if I asked why there are cars like I did then you can just respond with they have online orders. We would’ve just said okay sorry and left but instead she was rude from the start.

The food was good nothing wrong there. But this is the 4th time I’ve paid for two bbq and only got one or got one bbq and one other random sauce. And this time the manager went and told the dasher I didn’t pay for the sauce. Might just be me but the picture clearly shows 2 bbq sauce. This has been a repetitive thing.

11/02/2025 Order a Biggie bag meal from the drive through pulled through to park lot to eat the food was Ice cold , fry cold , nuggets cold. I said what ever let the burger be fine it was covered in grease like someone Slopped in on i say I can't handle this just wanted a quick meal. I drive back through show the girl the sandwich like you see this na it's a burger . Rude I don't want 😤 your meal or a reorder manger No refunds ill make it again come on you don't play with people meal well I guess they do
