It was just sitting there, now cold, no other customers, and the staff just cleaning totally forgetting we were outside! Place is awful!!! But with that being said - they didn’t even bring my food out until 7:15pm , then I got home to open it up and they gave me a wrong order …. So I waited an hour for the wrong order… At this point I called the store & I explained to the person on the phone who already sounded annoyed , and I mentioned “if you’re going to make someone wait for their food for an hour, at least make sure it’s correct since i paid for it?” Like have common sense basically and give me what i paid for & she hung up on me. Very unprofessional, no wonder why you are rated a 1.7 & honestly this waiting an hour is NOT the first time ... You have literally 3-4 employees running it and they are so slow about it… I mean look at all the negative comments, doesn’t this tell the damn owner something?? Close this tacobell down or get different employees because your exployees all suck.
